My buddy just got his regal back together

99 buick regal gs
Low comp forged motor 3800 series motor
PT 74 dual ball bearing turbo
ported heads
custom sheet metal intake
stattama stage 4 cam

etc etc etc

in the vids it's only on wastegate spring and it creeps up to 14 psi..
he put down 450whp on the old setup with a 62-1 turbo and smaller cam on 17-19 psi i think it was and he's pulling harder now on only 14 psi

The truck he raced should be trapping around 118-121 in the quarter
