Computer logging info.. which software and cable?

I would like to start logging my car , looking for a free ware version of some software to do some logging, and I know I need a OBD cable, who sells them at most competitive price?

I'd like to start logging before/after spraying, so I can see everything including inj duty cycles, and start getting ideas for my next tune which will be very very soon. I have a kicka$$ laptop so all i think i need is software and cable.
