I was thinking about adding an Air/Fuel gauge = Autometer part # 3375, just for monitoring. Has anyone used these, and are they accurate or a waste of money?
Currently I have PCMforless mail order tuning, so would this type of gauge interfaced to the stock 02s be of any real value?
Thanks, JB

They put on a pretty light show, but thats about it. In my opinion they are a waste of money. They can actually pull down the O2 signal and give the PCM false reading. Alvin can vouge for that one.

spend the money and get an actual wide band... that way you arent taking anything away from the PCM... its exspensive but well worth the money for tuning the car...

I put one in my car cause i made a 2 hole gauge plate for the console and someone gave me the gauge. I actually have a 3rd 02 sensor installed in a bung at the front of the cat where the y pipe merges. It looks cool, that is about it. At WOT it reads rich. i may add a wide band to it someday or put another gauge in its place. I have a switch above it so i can turn it off, it gets annoying after a while.

Just go wideband.
So far as bling-bling gages... unless you are wickedly adept at monitoring multiple gauges while full throttle on a road or track, the odds of spotting the air-fuel getting dangerously lean in a race (or just showing off) condition are slim.
With most widebands, you can datalog ... and tune.
That is their value.
Spending the money on a flashy meter or gauge... well, it looks cool... that is my opinion of them... they look cool.
I don't have one, dont' want one.

Thank everyone. Guess I'll pass on the gauge.
