Need computer mod help

I am new to lt1's, so I need some help on getting my cumputer moded for all the modifications I am doing to my car. I am bulding a 383 stroker, cam,11.1 cr, headers /w cat back, 32lb injectors, removing air/egr. What I need to know is who to talk to and about how much does this usualy cost. I don't want to dyno tune, all I think I would need is good tune that someone has done on a similar setup with good results.
