well, i got the M29 in the car and drove it home... but it has some problems and im not sure how to fix it or even where to look... on the way home it would some times spit and sputter... so i hooked up the laptop and started driving and noticed that first my O2's were way FU#$ED up... they were stuck driver side at 1090 and passanger side at 480... well i found the problem and fixed it... now they read fine and bounce around..
well i thought that was my problem and then it started again... so i started datalogging again when i realized my BLM's short and long's were really really F'ed up... i even saw my driver side short term drop to 1 a couple of times... and it was bouncing out of open and closed loop...
Here is where im not even sure where to begin.... now my questions
it was a complete swap from one car to another... including the wiring harness... when i went to retune it i thought all i had to do was change the setting to manual and it would be set.... i guess not... so last night i found one of Fastbirds old tunes (i bought his old laptop and he still had a couple of tunes on it) and looked at it and found it was setup for a 350 6speed... so i started comparing the two tunes...
so i changed the frequency numbers for the speedo to what he had setup... and some other numbers and i went and changed the TCC numbers all to 0...
i havent yet had a chance to put the chip in the car... but i will later tonight...
could this be the problem with my fueling???
and is there more that i need to do to get it right??
and also what does DFCO stand for.... most of sean's number in those settings were different so i changed those as well but i couldnt find a definition for it...
thanks guys

Sounds like you may have some bad O2 sensors

You said you found the problem with the 02's. What was it?

the O2's are pretty brand new... but the problem was my cheap AFR gauge... when i had taken the dash apart i took the ground off... well that ground for some reason was messing it up... so when i hooked the ground up everything started reading fine again.... and they seem to be normal im just not sure as to why the BLM's are acting like that....
im wondering if it was something to do with the computer not realizing its a manual now... im going to try the tune i was playing with last night and see what it does.... or does anyone have a stock 93 M29 tune?????
that would help too... thanks guys
